My dearv friend Lynda and I recorded this episode at the end of last year and it’s such a wonderful conversation I am excited about sharing. This one is a very inspiring one to leave you with just before our summer break!

We can learn so much from the elders, Lynda is such a delight of a being and has such light and insight to share with the world in the most kind, humble and graceful way. We speak about her childhood, life in Burma, Pakistan, Iran and other places, her amazing pilgrimage all by herself from the UK to India and how she followed her heart and passion for traveling from a young age.
Lynda also gives some tips and advice for traveling to India and she shares some great insights on ashram/community living.
