
It is a real pleasure to have an episode talking about pleasure and pelvic bowl health. Today’s conversation is with Miranda Cheng, Holistic Pelvic Care practitioner and Founder of We the Femme. We talk about the importance of caring for your pelvic floor and new, maybe less traditional ways to do so. What Miranda is doing is really game-changing in the pelvic care industry. I am predicting this type of holistic health care is something that is going to blow up, especially for those pre and postnatal or vulva owners who are experiencing any challenges when it comes to anything that has to do with our cycles, uterus, all the things, which I guess we all experience.
In the episode, we talk about what a session with her is like, which can or cannot include an intravaginal massage which is exactly what it sounds like, she gives some tips for you at home for you to show a little bit more love to your pelvis.
