Let’s have a chat amongst us middle children…
I didn’t use to believe birth order had any effect on people until I started interacting with a world beyond my bubble.
We see it everyday the bold, loud people who think their voice has to be the most important one in the room and I know some days you almost believe them.
But I’m here to tell you that your voice matters too! So please take up space.

Disclaimer: This episode is not about giving an opinion on the value of men vs. women but rather highlighting how detrimental relationship dynamics can get when we view the other person through a single lens.
Please note satirical moments and don’t take anything that is said too seriously I’m only one person.
Today , we’re diving into the commodification of love and its impact on how we perceive and behave in relationships. I really enjoyed recording this and as always don’t hesitate to share your thoughts and feedback on IG.

The title says it all.
I think as a society we have become more and more allergic to any form of inconvenience (physical, mental, emotional, …) and it affects the way we communicate and treat others. I am for the school of thought of bringing back debates: respectful, opposing conversations because there’s is so much value in multiplicity. Trevor Noah X Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie conversation: https://youtu.be/yfNbrC3HJpU?si=oU9uiWl2FISfJpp4
In this episode, I’m tackling a deeply personal and complex question: Should members of the African Diaspora return to the motherland, or is it better to stay and build where we are? It’s a conversation I’ve had with myself countless times. Who do you become once you leave the place you know as “home”? How do we balance our dreams for Africa with the challenges of reintegration?
This isn’t about finding the “right” answer—it’s about unpacking the emotions, opportunities, and struggles tied to this decision. If you’ve ever felt torn between staying and returning, this one’s for you. Let’s talk it out.
