Healed Truama & Restoration

Hey sister,

This week is a little laid back, as I unpack a revelation I had this week, weirdly enough, at a Jazmine Sullivan concert. In going back ever so briefly and looking in the rearview mirror, I was reminded of what God brought me out of.

What used to be a point of contention, trauma, or triggers is something I can now look back at with gratitude because it no longer affects me. This realization helps heal the younger version of myself and also treat her with gentle and soft hands. It helps to forgive her and release her from what she went through.

As we navigate this journey of self-discovery and healing, it's important to acknowledge our growth and celebrate how far we've come. This episode is all about reflecting on those past wounds with a new perspective and embracing the freedom that comes with healing.
