Welcome to the first episode of season 1 of Glad 2 Be Jewish!!
I am so excited to begin this exciting journey of interviewing Jewish people of all backgrounds on what being Jewish means to them. My goal is to show listeners that no matter how you "Jewish" you are Jewish enough.
In this episode I interview my boyfriend, Danny. He is a Jewban (Jewish/Cuban) medical resident who grew up in the conservative movement. Listen to hear how his Jewish identity has changed throughout his life, how it impacts him as a doctor, and his story of being assigned to a Nazi patient.
