Update: I recently launched my newsletter, The Sheconomist [https://www.sheconomist.com/], and would love for you to subscribe: sheconomist.com - I share so many tools and resources that help young, high-achieving women with radical money and career self-advocacy.

My name is Thamina Stoll and my purpose in life is to be a cheerleader for other women. I’d like to extend a heartfelt invitation to you as we join forces in reclaiming economic power for women in a world that is often structured against us. By first dissecting and eventually closing the knowledge and access gaps that prevent women from achieving financial security, we can take an active role in creating a path toward gender equity.
Put simply, the mission of Give Her Dollars is to help women build wealth for themselves and other women. Through engaging, thought-provoking conversations with accomplished female leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs, I want to arm women worldwide with the confidence and tools to become financially independent.
Systemic oppression won’t be solved overnight, but a wealthy woman can walk out of (almost) every room she feels uncomfortable in and create opportunities for other women along the way. By supporting one another in this pursuit, we can work together to ultimately dismantle the systemic barriers that hold us back and create a brighter future for all women.

In today's conversation, we dive deep into the art of salary negotiation with the incredible Caitlin White [https://www.linkedin.com/in/caitlin-d-white]. Caitlin is the Founder of Hera Invests [https://www.herainvests.co/], a one-of-a-kind personal finance platform designed for visual learners. Inspired by her passion for art and color, Caitlin has redefined saving and investing as a rewarding and enjoyable experience, empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals with ease.
Caitlin's journey began with her realization that silence does not lead to reward, as she recounts her early experiences of accepting low offers without negotiation. However, her perspective shifted during her tenure at Bain Capital, where she learned the art of negotiation and observed the importance of asserting one's value with confidence.
Drawing on her expertise, Caitlin encourages her clients to ask for more than they think possible, backed by a thorough understanding of company finances and market standards. She also shares practical tips for severance negotiations.
