We are back and talking about that pesky thing that haunts us all... comparison.
As the saying goes, comparison is the thief of joy.
Both professionally and personally, we experience it. Whether its comparing ourselves to that fitness influencer, or just to each other. It can be a tough place, but can good ever come out of it?
