Today, we are thrilled to have Dr. Andrew Tupper, Principal of Natural Hazards Consulting, an Australian-based consultancy that focuses on early warning systems for natural hazards. He has served on local and international committees relating to his expertise, and was also the inaugural chair of the Environment Protection Authority in the Northern Territory.
