When I first heard Elena Lubenets’ story, I thought “how ironic…an insurance agent who completed one of the riskiest activities possible.” (You’ll just have to listen to find out what this risk taker did!) But what I LOVE is how facing a very physical risk led her to face the fear of leaving her corporate career. In this episode, Elena and I chat about facing fear to follow more purposeful work, being a woman in a leadership role in a male-dominated industry, the differences between selling and educating, and a whole lot more. Enjoy this episode, and don’t forget to subscribe to the Girl Next Door Wanting More podcast and share with your like-minded friends! S1, E14: The Evolved Giver with Shannon Stark

Does giving come naturally to you? Is being a giver instinctual? Is it a value you can develop?

In this episode, I’m talking with my exceptionally kind friend, Shannon Stark. Shannon is one of the most thoughtful women I know, so it’s only fitting that I would want to chat with her as we move into the season of giving. Shannon shares how and why she became such an intentional giver and she offers easy steps for anyone else to become a giver. I love the language Shannon uses around this topic. Makes me want to listen to this episode again and again. I think you’ll love it too!

Connect with Shannon at shannon@starkfgi.com and @ShannonStark on all the socials.
