
The going advice around the "perfect morning routine" being the key to unlocking your potential is a little...overhyped, if you ask me. Not only does it leave zero room for the ups and downs of life, but it doesn't take into account the way our brains work - and the differences between them.
So if it’s THE answer to living well (I say very sarcastically), then shouldn’t we be able to find a way to make it actually make sense?
So anyways, that’s what I have endeavoured to do and what I will share with you today.
We are going to cover 5 steps or alternate ways of thinking about your routines so that you can finally kick your morning routine OUT and build healthy habits that will stick.
