In this episode we speak with Emelie Fågelstedt, who won the Hack the Crisis Sweden business challenge a few weeks ago, with her team. Their solution focused on how the largest job board in Sweden, Platsbanken, could include other forms of employment, to allow for the change of times with the unique situation we are in today. In addition, Emelie is the co-founder of Svenska Nomader, a community for freelance and self-employed Swedes who often choose to work remotely and work for themselves. Emelie shares why she is such a strong advocate for the future of work and how she sees the crisis acting as a catalyst in this area.
