Gods conviction is good! It's never condemning, never tearing down! Yet help,build,create,produce,good,greatness,loving kind of things. What we battle doesn't disregard our position in God's kingdom. Does God want us drink n high spreading the word. No probably not, can He use you in that state I believe Yes! But we all have our opinions right! Yet let's not get ot wrong. The sin is the drunkness,the sin is the sexual sins,the sin is what God has CALLED IT! so if He says something is sin than my friend who are we to say it isn't!
