Silk, outraged, barges into Lyle’s Montauk motel room to excoriate him for trying to back out of his exclusive media contract. Lyle pushes back, stressing how his daughter, Georgie, is being harassed by cops at the station house over her father’s involvement in “Ghost Hampton.” But Lyle reports to the motel bar; the crew is there, preparing for this evening’s TV shoot. Matteo meets Lyle at the bar, hands him a sad note found on the dead man’s body, and tries to sell Lyle on family values.
