Além disso, as variáveis, como PIB per capita, IFGF e as dummies de grau de escolaridade, não foram estatisticamente significantes para explicar o aumento da dívida, permitindo deduzir que o erro de previsão (planejamento) da receita orçamentária, por si só, é determinante para aumentar o endividamento do ente municipal.
