Theo McDermott is the Head Booker at The Model Club. Theo’s journey into the world of modelling began when he was scouted himself, and since then, he’s climbed the ranks from apprentice to Head Booker, working both client side at ASOS & agency side at places like Gingersnap and Phoenix. His current employer, The Model Club holds a special place in Theo's heart as its owned by one of his closest friends, whom he met during his early days at Gingersnap. We delve into the exciting and fast-paced life of a model booker, the importance of diversity and the art of scouting talent at festivals.
