Happy International Women's Day! (for yesterday)
We CANNOT explain how excited we are to share this episode with you all!!! π
Introducing ... Skye Coote; the absolute wonder woman of acute nursing! Skye has had 20+ years of experience working in ED and ICU and back in 2017 became THE nurse who boards the first ever Australian Mobile Stroke Unit (MSU) here in Victoria. We chat to her about her time working in ED and ICU as well as her journey to landing this opportunity and her experience thus far. Skye gives us such an incredible insight in working in a multidisciplinary team, the work that goes into making the MSU possible and what the MSU does for stroke patients. Below is all the links that we promised to include here in the show notes. We want to finish off with a BIG thank-you to Skye for being such an incredible guest on our show. Enjoy! π
