We love and hate this … it’s NETWORKING!! So essential, so vital, and sometimes so fun! But definitely beneficial when you do it the “right” way. In this episode we cover networking in unusual places, or places you wouldn’t think you’d find people in your field, like your survival job, and yes, even the women’s bathroom. We discuss the power of networking horizontally, not just vertically, networking solo vs. networking with a partner, some financial work arounds and tips, what we think is the BIGGEST waste of time at networking events, and our favorite advice from none other than the queen herself, Taylor Alison Swift. We get into the good, the bad, and the ugly of networking events, but provide tools to help you make the most of them at any level of your career.
