Individuals who consume high-fat and high-calorie foods and lead generally sedentary lifestyles are likely to develop excess fat on the body, including around the abdomen, where it may appear as a pot belly. Some individuals are genetically predisposed to storing fat around their midsection. 

 Liver body types are strong and solid with a sturdy appearance. Legs usually slender and defined. Weight gain begins in abdomen, waist and entire back (while legs and thighs gain little or no weight. 

 5  Reason to reduce pot belly are

1) Protein and fat in moderation

2)Associated liver problem

3)Start including Cruciferous vegetables in diet

4) Start Intermittent fasting

5) Include fiber in diet
