We host a weekly PARENTING MEDITATION in our membership group. Meditation is a wonderful way for us to learn about our thoughts and become more familiar with our body mind connection. This has a profound effect on our day-to-day, moment to moment experience with our children.

Life can be really stressful and meditation can help ease that stress. In this special edition podcast we have recorded one of our weekly meditations and are sharing it with you. First Vivek gives a talk on meditation and then leads us through one of the 15 meditations he’s created specifically for parenting.

This one is the “Progressive breathing self-love affirmation meditation.”

Don’t listen to the meditation while driving! The intro should be okay, but stop when the meditation starts.
