Being OK with things not being OK – Season 6 bonus episode

Sujai and Vivek host a group coaching call each week in our membership space. This is the talk Vivek gave at this week’s coaching call.

Parenting is super challenging. There are always going to be ups and downs. Our kids will often do things that stress us out, frustrate us and make life difficult for us.

This is when it's important for us to be centered and come from a place of deep understanding. Even when things appear like they're not okay it is a part of the natural process of our kids development.

In this audio I give some ideas around how to relate to those moments when things are not okay.
