Genre Talk 2.1 With Ian Whyte

What’s it like to be the man behind the mask? Can an actor have a satisfying career when almost no one recognizes his face? Gets these answers and more in the first episode of our second season and the first official episode with new cohost Phillip Vargas joining Bryan Thomas Schmidt. Our guest, Ian Whyte, is a Welsh former professional basketball player turned stuntman and actor. Although he is probably best known for his portrayal of predators in both Aliens V. Predator films and The Mountain/Gregor Clegane in Game of Thrones, he has also appeared in Clash of The Titans, Star Wars, the Harry Potter Franchise, Prometheus and Hercules. We discuss stunt work, acting, growing up taller than everyone else and more.

To follow Ian, you can find him on Twitter at www.twitter.com/ian_whyte and Instagram at www.instagram.com/Ian.Whyte though he warns us he is a sporadic user of social media.
