Sanduk Ruit & Geoffrey Tabin are Co-Chairmen of the Himalayan Cataract Project, an organization that seeks to eradicate blindness across the globe. Ruit is Founder and Executive Director of the Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, Nepal, while Tabin is Fairweather Foundation Endowed Chair, Professor of Ophthalmology and Global Medicine at Stanford University.
