Derek Settlemyre and Riley Cote from Nasty Knuckles podcast join us for this episode! Two of the best guys! Derek was an equipment manager in the NHL for 26 years- with most of that spent as the head equipment manager for the Flyers- following in his dad’s footsteps. Riley played in the AHL and NHL then became the Assistant Coach of the Phantoms. Together they created Nasty Knuckles podcast which is a huge success featuring past and present NHL players, coaches, etc. It’s always a blast hanging with them- filled with stories and laughter!
