Didn’t all 1700+ GCCs which came to India so far, came in for talent diversity, scale and cost arbitrage? Yes they did, and they went to the 6 big cities where physical and social infrastructure is almost a given. So... do our tier-2 cities have a chance to become and be the next hotspots for GCCs...? Would narrative around mounting costs and crumbling infrastructure of tier-1 locations be enough? Is there more to make a compelling pitch to get GCCs to expand or set foot into Tier-2 locations?
