What does it mean when my poop floats?

Oh well, if nobody else is going to talk about, we will!
Your poop can tell alot about your digestive system and how well it is functioning.

Different shapes, consistency and colours are all indicators. Today we will focus a little on the "floater".
Yes, a normal stool/poop will sink to the bottom of your toilet bowl, a floater is indicating that there is either inadequate fibre in your diet, and/or you are not processing fat effectively.

Fat in our diet is absolutely necessary, but if we have a congested liver or gallbladder, it is unlikely we will be able to process fats and oils properly and this is when the "floaters" will be likely.  Undigested fat blocking the system!
We can assist the body by adding good quality fibre into our day, vegetables, fruits, root vegetables etc. And we can support our liver and gallbladder by getting rid of cheap and nasty fats and adding bitter foods into our diet as well.
