The Red Line podcast's, Mike Hilliard, re-enters the Garden to discuss some oddities in certain borders. There are exclaves and enclaves throughout the world. Some have been with us so long, they confuse us as to their status as a State or otherwise.
They often are points of contention, simmering or active conflicts, and a cause of wars. We go over some of the better known ones. But the fun part, is going over some of the lesser known ones. Although I suppose that depends where you are from.
