Incredible discussion with Minister Camille Johnson, Alesia Shopshire and Danita Lloyd regarding the CHILL OUT (Character, Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, Leadership Operating, Under Transition) Prison Inmate Re Establishment Program. Established a decade ago, CHILL OUT has been highly successful in positively impacting the lives of incarcerated women. The program has demonstrated effectiveness in reducing recidivism rates through its Christian-based approach, which includes a coaching element. CHILL OUT equips participants with the necessary skills to make positive strides while in prison and upon their reintegration into society.
