The Beijing 2022 games are finally here, and they open up with Team Canada's Women's Hockey team facing off against Team Switzerland.
Canada also faced Great Britain in mixed doubles curling. Canada is the defending gold medal winner in the event, and the only country to ever win an Olympic gold medal, since the event debuted in Pyeongchang in 2018. Canada's Rachel Homan and John Morris look to start things off with a bang against 2021 World Champion Great Britain.
Qualifying for Women's Freestyle Skiing Moguls also took place early this morning, and we'll tee up the Men's qualifying which will be live right after the show.
To break all that down, host Andrew Berkshire is joined by veteran women's hockey reporter and Eyes on the Prize deputy managing editor; Jared Book.
