Welcome to Game On JOY 94.9’s Home of Sport every Wednesday from 6-7pm where you’ll hear where you can get your game on! This show is all about showcasing where sport is safe, inclusive, welcoming and fun for the Rainbow community!
First we chat with inspiring athlete, advocate, and changemaker — Julie Charlton. Julie is a Paralympian, 2022 Commonwealth Games shot finalist, accessibility champion, and tireless voice for inclusion in sport. And she has been named official Wheelchair Sports NSW/ACT Rolling Rainbow Sports Day Ambassador for 2025 joining Game On to tell us how you can get involved in this fantastic event on the 21st September designed to ensure wheelchair sport is welcoming and inclusive for the LGBTIQA+ community.
