Scripts are what they are - designed to give the salesperson an outline on what to say. I find most scripts to be lacking in authenticity and originality. I know because I've used them all when calling For Sale By Owners.

I like more straight-forward conversations as I get older. I don't want to be "sold" and therefore, I don't want to be "selling" anyone when I speak with them.

This is a solid "script" with very real and very good "objection-handling" tactics.
