
We could all use some time to intentionally release what has been building up in the body, the mind and the heart.
This is a technique Nichole uses when she's aware of herself experiencing stress and tension, which has been pretttttty frequently lately.
We invite you to return back to this meditation over and over as you practice surrendering to what it is asking you to do.
Find a space you feel comfortable making grunts and sighs in (trust me on this one). You might want to shake out your body, burst into tears or burst into laughter, releasing happens in so many different ways.
May this practice bring you as much delicious emodiment and peace it does to us.
