Welcome to the third episode of Season 2 of Futurise.

Season 2 will focus in on AgenticAI, speaking to founders, funders and early adopters of the technology to share their insight and lessons learned.

He describes his own personal evolution using AI and Generative AI, and then sets the scene in regard to their experience of having implemented Agentic AI (multi-agent teams) to support his teams to better enable them to deliver the best service they can to their learners.

It's a fascinating discussion, from the perspective of an early adopter of AI Agents in business operations.
