Brooke is a PhD student at Charles Sturt University currently finishing her Thesis at CSU Wagga. Brooke and Simon chat about how to balance being a PhD student but also taking that knowledge back on farm in a practical sense, taking part of a three-week production course in Vietnam and trying rice whisky, and how you can’t always use the approach of ‘just hit it with the hammer and it will work’.
