Episode 3 opening hand:

Opening hand:

  • Great Spotted Woodpecker. When activated: gain one worm or wheat from the birdfeeder, if there is one.
  • Gould’s Finch. Game end: play a bird. Pay its normal food and egg cost. If it has a when played or game end power, you may use it.
  • Chimney Swift. When activated: if this bird is to the right of all other birds in its habitat, move it to another habitat.
  • Brolga. When activated: choose one other player. They lay 1 egg, you draw 2 cards.
  • Little Pied Cormorant. Game end: lay one egg on each of your birds with a sticks nest, including this one.


Bonus cards:

  • Breeding Manager. Birds with at least 4 eggs laid on them. 1 point per bird.
  • Prairie Manager. Birds that can only live in the grasslands. 4+ birds = 8 points


In the tray:

  • Baird’s Sparrow. When activated: lay 1 egg on any bird.
  • Olive-backed Sunbird. When activated: each player may roll any one die and gain that food from the supply.
  • Savi’s Warbler. When activated: draw 2 cards. All other players draw one card from the deck.

Opening hand:

  • Inca Dove. When played: Lay 1 egg on each ofyour birds with a platform/stick nest.
  • Gray Catbird: When activated: Repeat a brownpower on one other bird in this habitat.
  • Red Avadavat: When activated: Give one card fromyour hand to another player. If you do, draw 2 cards.
  • Carolina Chickadee. When activated: Gain 1 wheatfrom the supply and cache it on this card.
  • Australasian Shoveller. When activated: Choose 1other player. You both draw 1 card from the deck.


Bonus cards:

  • Winter Feeder. Food remaining in your supply atgame end. 4-6 food = 4 points, 7+ food = 7 points.
  • Bird Bander. Birds that can live in multiplehabitats. 4-5 birds = 4 points, 6+ birds = 7 points.


In the tray:

  • Clark’s Grebe. When activated: Draw 1 card. Ifyou do, discard 1 card from your hand at the end of your turn.
  • Black Stork. Round end: Lay 1 egg on each of thebirds immediately to the left and right of this bird
  • Pesquet’s Parrot. When activated: If the previous player has a nectar in their personal supply, gain 1 nectar from the general supply.
