Gary Young, the PGA TOUR's Vice President of Rules, Competition & Administration, joins the program to discuss his experience as a PGA TOUR Rules Official, setting up golf courses for PGA TOUR events, and hosting (and playing in!) a PGA TOUR event during his time at Pleasant Valley.
