
On this week's episode I discuss the top 5 qualities for a healthy relationship; Communication, Respect, Boundaries, Trust and Support. I also discuss what a healthy v unhealthy relationship looks like and knowing when to leave a particular relationship before it gets TOXIC. I am not a "relationship guru" I simply have done my research and have spoken to many clients about what works and what doesn't and knoe from my personal experience as well.
