Jason Gollan, Common Good Bakery

Gollan began his culinary career cooking and baking his way through his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado to support himself. After several years’ experience in the food industry, he enrolled at the San Francisco Baking Institute and later earned a masters in hospitality from MSU. As the founder of Common Good Bakery, he wants to make the world a better place, and better the lives of everyone they encounter. He believes that optimism and purposeful action should be a part of everything he does. Yes, Common Good makes killer bread and pastries, but he also aspires to be a leading positive influence.

Here is Jason's story from the January 2022 event
