Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees

Prepare NutriBullet or Mixer of Choice

8oz Cottage Cheese

1/4 Cup Chobani Non Fat Greek Yogurt

1 Egg

2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Maple Syrup

2 Tsp Lemon Zest (Use a Microplane)

Squeeze half a Lemon

Mix thoroughly in NutriBullet

Pour into Crock Pot of Ramekin

Slice Strawberry's and Press onto Mixture; Get Good Coverage Where You Can Still See Strawberry

Bake for 10-15 Minutes

Let Cool and Enjoy; Add Some Cool Whip For An Extra Good Time!!!!
