After her first child was born, Megan Castillo taught herself to sew and sell handmade baby items online. Quickly, her parenting product hacks became a full-fledged business called Little BaeBae Co., an innovative baby products company and home of the RetractaClip. Last year, BaeBae Co. grew 300% and is now on track to make $1.8M in sales.
