I almost didn’t post this episode I recorded a few days ago. It’s a super extra transparent account from me. Raw and real, tears, snotty nose—sharing embodied expression. This is intimacy as I understand it. Undoing codependency is the hardest work I have ever engaged in. Sitting in loneliness and learning to truly love and nurture ourselves requires us to dig really deep. We have learn to grieve with authority, and that our emotions are safe and necessary to express in order to move forward and keep on loving big.
