
I was inspired to share this method of coping using simple in breath and out breath with an intention.
It is a great tool to move out of hopelessness and helplessness in basically any situation, from the little things to the mega things.
This is my variation of what Pema Chodron writes and how I saw my clients use variations of it to empower themselves in the thick of having their babies.
