I open up about the struggles I’ve faced with insomnia and how prescription sleep aids like Trazodone didn’t work for me. Instead, I share the intentional sleep routine that transformed my nights—and my life.

From skincare rituals and sleepytime tea to magnesium glycinate, screen time boundaries, and blackout sleep masks, I unpack the sleep hygiene habits that now help me truly rest. I even talk about mouth taping, keeping a clean environment, and how tracking your sleep can help you better understand your mind and body.

Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a non-negotiable. Without it, you have nothing. And sometimes, you have to gaslight yourself into becoming the version of you who craves sleep, because becoming someone new requires new habits.
