
The early days of postpartum can be beautiful—but they can also feel really heavy. In this episode, I’m sharing the raw, unfiltered thoughts and emotions I experienced during the first couple weeks after giving birth. From feeling like I wasn’t good enough for my baby to questioning if I could really do this, I open up about the mental load of new motherhood that I wasn’t prepared for.
