This is a special episode with President of the Geelong Rainbow Festival, Andrew (he/him) to talk about the events on offer at this years Geelong Rainbow Festival, it's importance in the Greater Geelong area and the struggles the event has faced due to COVID-19. We also discussed the importance of allies, pride events in regional areas and how Geelong is a hub for areas that are more regional.
For the trivia segment Andrew's pride history knowledge was put to the test.
For this weeks news in our community Sarah discussed The bill passing which outlaws any therapy that attempts to change or suppress a person's sexual orientation or gender identity.
