Maria and Chrissy recognize the crucial role of volunteers in adapting to the evolving needs of non-profits. They discuss how volunteerism is shifting towards more flexible and virtual roles, making it easier for people to contribute, and emphasize the importance of involving youth and new Canadians to promote active citizenship.
