In this episode, we delve into the world of leading Mindset Coach Sally German.
Sally's Mess to Success story reads like a Hollywood movie script. Think Julie Roberts - Eat, Pray, Love !!!. Following a divorce, Sally jumps on a plane to Costa Rica and spends a few months falling in love with her passion, teaching. Her life changed and she moved to Madrid to continue teaching. However, she found herself dealing with the trauma of divorce by partying hard over many years.
Sally recognised her lifestyle was negatively spiralling and came back to the UK to seek help.
Following a course of deep inner work, she was able to step out of the negative loop spiral and started to rebuild her life. She questioned the 'nasty narrative' on how life should be and started to really accept and focus on what she could control and moved into a journey of life transformation. Following a short spell in Portugal, Sally comes back to UK and embarks on a journey to help others leading her to become a leading mindset coach.
In this episode, we cover Sally's self-development journey along with all aspects of mindset, beliefs and facing your fears.
We cover how you can discover your passion and how to connect with yourself whilst dealing with your emotions.
