Dr Shahd Hammouri — a lecturer and legal scholar who has worked on cases before some of the world’s highest courts — joins us alongside Saleh Hijazi, a senior member of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement and former Amnesty International campaigner.Together, they unpack how international law is applied and challenged in the context of Palestine, the legal tools available for accountability, and the obstacles to justice on the global stage.
