After coming back from numerous injuries, surgeries and prolonged recovery periods, this athlete is back at the top of her game.

Keely Henderson has been a familiar face on the VAL circuit for a number of years. But the past 2022/23 season, could well have been her best yet.

Keely provides insight into the lows of her running career, coming back from injury and the mindset required to achieve greatness.

Keely is more than just a runner however. She is an Osteopath, with a keen interest in helping fellow athletes have their injury troubles diagnosed, and is one of the trio over at the Walk To Your Blocks podcast.
