In this episode I get into energetic hygiene, what is it, why it's so important, and how to do it. This is something we should all be doing, especially if you are extremely empathic or sensitive. I will share where we are picking up these energies, some preventative measures, and how to get into a solid routine to maintain your energetic hygiene so you are not feeling bogged down by the outside energies. I also share why our energy is so very sacred and should be treated as such, and how to prioritize your energetic health.
