On the twenty-first night of our #31DaysToHalloween the Mister joins me in reviewing ROH (2019), written by Emir Ezwan, Amir Hafizi and Nazri Vovinski, the film is directed by Emir Ezwan.  In a secluded hut deep within the Malaysian forest, a single mother and her two children's isolated life is shattered when they encounter a strange, mute little girl covered in mud. The girl repays their kindness with a grim prophecy: the family will all be dead by the next full moon, an omen that is confirmed when she ritually slits her own throat. As the curse begins to unfold, escalating into death and paranoia, the family must contend with a wandering hunter and a seemingly helpful old woman, unsure who is truly a harbinger of the evil force that has targeted their souls.  The film clocks in at 1 h and 23 m, is unrated R and we caught the film on the Hoopla app, but watch the film on Plex, Roku Channel, Tubi and to buy/rent on Prime Video.  Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
